This site is a service of the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Workforce Development Board and the Centralina Workforce Development Board, which provide local connections to jobs and training, and work with economic development agencies to ensure that expanding and relocating businesses can connect  with qualified employees. 

We partner with colleges, community colleges and employers to develop specific training and educational programs to make sure that local citizens have the current talents and skills to meet the needs of the employers. 

We work with a wide range of jobs and employers to ensure that the Charlotte Region has good jobs and successful companies.  When you complete a Job Interest Form through this website, you will be expressing interest in working with Siemens, but we will also help connect you to other jobs and training/education if Siemens does not hire you.
